Hi, my name is Brent Ramsey.
I’ll tell you about my story and why I started Prayer at the Park. October 15, 2010 I lost a friend, a best friend, along with another class mate (Eric Avery and Makenzie Cook). The thoughts that were racing throught my head in the following days of the grief over filled me with pain and with anger to God... I see no reason for him to take someone at such a young age, how could any good come out of this ? The following sunday God gave me a answer, that i attacked right away, I teamed up with God to gather a wonderful display of youth over 70 kids in under 2 hours, that wasnt me that brought these kids together that was simply God showing his work, many kids and adults have accepted God through this heartache and rough times of losing someone so great and loving, that brings me here today and it brings you here as well. Have faith in Christ and know that all things happen for the glory of God, Share your faith to others "class mates, co-workers" simply tell them your life before christ and your life after you recived him. Thats what God wants us to do, simply share our faith with others.
